Andrew Chumachenko

I am the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Netpeak, a Ukraine-based digital marketing agency. We help businesses achieve online growth and build their brand.

Over the past fifteen years, I’ve headed the copywriting, social media, usability, and marketing departments, and have worked with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to multinationals.

Not only that, I’ve co-founded two social ventures — the MyCity platform and the 4City space.

I also host the Telegram channel «Sad But True», in which I discuss my experiences managing people and businesses, as well as the podcast «Let’s Try?».

In addition, I oversee the majority of Netpeak’s internal and external activities, create video scripts, and organize a variety of projects and events. I perform strategic activities for the growth and scalability of the company while directly managing a staff of 40 individuals.

My current focus is to share my knowledge and offer marketing consulting services to Netpeak agency clients.

How can a leader build a strong team?

A presentation with theoretical and practical tips on building a truly outstanding team.

What does a good manager look like and what traits should managers develop in themselves? How to automate processes as much as possible? How to create new projects, and why it is crucial to do so? How to set up an iteration system in a team, and is this even necessary? All of these questions (and more!) are answered.

How Netpeak was created

A conversation with LivePage CEO Misha Shcherbachev in an unusual car interview about Netpeak.

We discuss the beginnings of Netpeak and how our journey has led us to where we are today, plus interesting tidbits like the first Netpeak employee, the very first Netpeak client, hiring HR, training employees, and conference organization troubles. We also touch on plans for the future.

How to work quickly and efficiently without getting distracted

Tune in to hear 30 tips about notifications, trends, and lesser-known features that will speed up your work.

Other topics include how to type faster, reasons to work in comfort and plan ahead of time, and setting up instant messengers, mail, calendar, documents, and task books for work.

12 years of successes and failures

The history of Netpeak from 3 people in a room in Odessa to a group of companies with over 500 employees and offices across 4 countries.

Tune in to hear the story on how the performance agency turned into 8 independent companies and why we developed them. I also talk about onboarding new employees, the importance of the company’s values and mission to both the company and the employees, as well as corporate social responsibility and why it is needed.
